Before Navigare, he worked in port consulting and built B2B commercial operations at technology companies, with experience across more than five ports in Brazil.

Specialist in public and international law from USP and Panthéon-Assas, working across digital law, security and data protection, and innovation. He took part in complex import operations with the Brazilian Army, worked alongside governments and leading research institutions in Brazil, Europe, the United States and the United Kingdom, and built early-stage businesses as a venture builder.

Electronic engineer from the Polytechnic School of USP, with a Master's from Politecnico di Torino in artificial intelligence, language models and neural networks.
